These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of ContentPad (“ContentPad,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), operated by CPD Blackbook, including the website at contentpad.io and the application at app.contentpad.io (the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to use the Service. ContentPad is invite-based; you are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your login credentials secure. You agree to provide accurate information and to notify us of any unauthorized use.
ContentPad is an all-in-one platform for creating, managing, and publishing content, including AI-assisted generation of images, video, audio, and text, along with optional integrations with third-party services you choose to connect. Features may change, improve, or be discontinued over time.
You agree not to use the Service to create, upload, or distribute content that:
We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You retain ownership of the content you upload. As between you and ContentPad, and to the extent permitted by the underlying model providers, you own the outputs you generate through the Service. You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely to operate the Service for you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights to any material you upload and for how you use the outputs you generate. AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate or unintended; you are responsible for reviewing them before use.
The Service integrates with third parties (such as Google, payment, and AI providers). Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies. When you connect Google, you authorize ContentPad to access the specific data described in our Privacy Policy, and you can revoke that access at any time.
The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by ContentPad and protected by law. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks or to copy or resell the Service.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will meet your expectations.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ContentPad and CPD Blackbook will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ContentPad and CPD Blackbook from claims, damages, and expenses arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or the rights of others.
You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, by additional notice. Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which CPD Blackbook is established, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located there, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
